Posting your First Job

Posting your first job on a new platform can be a little intimidating, but it doesn't have to be all that scary! What should you include in the description? Should it be short and sweet or detailed? Should it be formal or casual in tone? In this piece, we'll be sharing 4 easy steps to post your first job. That way, you can put all your jitters away!

Step 1 - Job Details

Fill in the essential details, responsibilities and qualifications expected for your role.

  • Job Description

Select the additional requirements then click "Save and Continue" to move on to the second step of posting jobs.

  • Seniority Level

Step 2 - Applicant Screening Question

Screen candidates as they apply with custom interview questionnaires. That way, you wouldn't need to manually filter through each application or face repetitive questions! Let our system do the work for you.

1. Select an interview question template from the drop-down list. Then click on the "Configure Screening Questions". You can then edit the generated screening questions.

2. Customize the screening questions by adding, removing, or modifying pre-selected questions, and adjust the scoring criteria for each answer to better filter the received applicants accurately.

  • Job Experience

  • Skills

  • Education

  • Languages

  • Employability
    • Visa Status Filter: This feature enables automatic filtering of applicants based on their visa status, automatically rejecting those who are ineligible to work. (Specifically applicable in Singapore)

    • Nationality Filter - This feature enables automatic filtering of applicants based on their nationality, automatically rejecting those who are ineligible to work. (Applicable to all countries aside from Singapore)

  • Practical Details
    • Open Text questions - Customize the list by adding or removing questions that require text-based answers and do not carry any scoring points.

    • Availability, Location, Working Hours, Salary requirement - You have the option to toggle these questions ON or OFF based on your needs.

  • Add custom questions - You have the flexibility to include custom questions that allow for multiple-choice responses with corresponding score points. You can also skip this part then, click "Save and Close".

Step 3 - Automation and Notification Settings

Receive notifications about new applicants in your inbox.

You can also toggle ON or OFF the automation settings to shortlist applicants and/or schedule an interview automatically.

Step 4 - Final Review

Review your job content before publishing it.

Proofread to ensure that there are no typos in your job ad. This can affect the way candidates perceive your firm. Is all the information you've provided accurate? Any other details you wish to include that may affect a candidate's decision-making process? A tip: think from both perspectives as you conduct a final review.

Click on "Post" to submit for advertising.

Your first Job Post goes through an approval process with our Content Quality Guidelines.
