Subscribe to a Plan
GrabJobs offers monthly or yearly subscriptions, which renew periodically.
Your plan is billed as a recurring charge, unless you cancel your subscription before the beginning of your next billing period.
Subscribe to a Plan on the Plans page
Upgrade Plan / Downgrade Plan
On an existing subscription, go to Plans page and click Upgrade / Downgrade on the Plan of choice.
A pro-rated amount will be charged for upgrades.
Cancel Plan
Plans renew automatically unless you cancel at least 48hrs before the new cycle begins.
Cancel your subscription at any time from Plan Page. After you have stopped your subscription, the plan will remain active until plan end date.
Once your Plan is successfully cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email.
Note: Closing a job will not cancel a subscription.

How to manage Billing Information?
From the Settings page of your account dashboard, you can:
- Manage your payment method.
- Update your billing information.
- Download your invoice and receipts history.
Invoices / Receipts are also sent to your email inbox once transactions are completed.
How to change payment method?
Stripe is PCI Level I encrypted so all of the transactions are protected from any potential data breach.
From the Settings page of your account dashboard:
- Click on Manage in the Manage Billing Information section
- Add payment method
- Select payment method to set as default

Your payment information are encrypted and securely stored with our payment gateway Stripe (PCI Level I encrypted), in compliance with data privacy laws. Stripe is PCI Level I encrypted so all of the transactions are protected from any potential data breach.
Payments are 100% secure using AES-256 encryption.

By subscribing to any paid services, you must agree to the Terms & Conditions of Purchase:
GrabJobs offers continuous month-to-month subscription which will automatically renew. The amount of your selected subscription plan will be billed to your designated payment method monthly as a recurring charge, unless you cancel your subscription(s), through the plan page of your account, before the beginning of your next monthly billing period. You will be billed for the full monthly period in which you cancel and no refunds will be given. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to a minimum one month purchase obligation. Once your subscription is stopped, you will not be charged for any subsequent payments and your subscription will last until the end of the payment cycle.
Unless there is a specific fault with the service, that we aren't able to address, we can't offer a refund.
