Activation Email

Upon account creation, we send an activation link to your email. Click the activation link on that email within the next 24 hours to activate your account.

Can't find our activation email?

  • Did you register the correct email?
  • Did you check your spam inbox?
  • Does your organisation/network have some automated ad-blocks?

Email Notifications

Manage the frequency of your email notifications.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Account & Security
  3. Select Account
  4. Select your notification frequency - "Send an email for each new applicant" or "don't send any email notifications"
  5. Click Save to confirm changes

Reset Password

You can change your password via  Settings on the Employer's Dashboard. 

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Account & Security
  3. Select Password
  4. Enter your New Password and select Save to confirm the changes

Manage Team Members

Add or remove sub-users who are managing recruitment with you. 

  1. Go to Team Members
  2. Click on Invite Team Member
  3. Edit the required fields and click Add Member to confirm changes
  4. New user will receive a validation email to confirm account creation (check spam inbox)

Note: Adding Sub-Users are only accessible with Growth Plan and above. 

Manage Multiple Profile / Brands

If you are recruiting for multiple brands, you can add each profile to recruit under 1 account.

  1. Go to Brand Profiles
  2. Click on Add Brand Profile
  3. Edit your new Brand name and select Create to confirm changes

Note: Adding multiple brands are only accessible with Growth Plan and above. 

Edit brand profile

  • Go to Brand Profiles
  • Click on the blue pencil icon
  • Edit Brand Title / Description
  • Upload your company Logo / Banner / Images

Dimensions:

  • Company logo (size 900 length x 500 height pixels ; .jpeg or .png file only)
  • Banner (size 325 height x 1360 length pixels, .jpeg or .png file only)
  • Image gallery (size 900 length x 500 height pixels ; .jpeg or .png file only).

Change Language

Change the language of your Employer's Dashboard from the Top right hand corner of every page.

The languages that are currently available are:

  • English
  • Bahasa Indonesia
  • Dutch
  • French
  • German
  • Portuguese
  • Spanish
  • Italian

Delete Account

To delete your account, please contact the CS Team via the Help Center Ticket.

Posting to Multiple Countries

In this article, you will learn:

  • About a Plan that allows you to duplicate your job postings to multiple countries
  • Same Plan allows you to redirect applicants to your ATS

While GrabJobs operate in 40+ countries, our standard job postings are currently structured per country. eg., if you register an account in the US, jobs will be advertised to a local audience by default.

However, the  Business Plan offers the exclusive option to input a unique redirection link for your jobs, so that candidates would be redirected to your website upon clicking on “Apply Now”.

Coupled with this URL Redirection option, we enable you to mirror your jobs across multiple countries at once from a unique account, adding/removing up to 5 countries per job.
