Manage Shortlisted Candidates with Tags

Review Applicants

Go to Jobs > Active Jobs > Select Job > Click on applicant profile to review Interview Chatbot answers, profile and resume (attachments)

Shortlist Applicants

  • Unlocks access to contact details - phone number & email.
  • Establishes a direct communication channel over Live Chat with candidates.
  • Allows you to download resume 
  • Allows to move applicants through your recruitment pipeline. 

How to Shortlist Applicants?

Go to candidate's profile and click on Shortlist

  1. Add a shortlist tag > Choose a shortlist tag from the drop-down list
  2. Send a chat message to candidate > Default message can be edited
  3. Click Shortlist Candidate

What happens after shortlisting:

  • Applicant will be moved from New Applicants stage to Shortlist on the ATS
  • Applicant's contact details will be revealed on their profile
  • A chat message will be sent to the applicant on GrabJobs

Note:

  • Shortlisting your job applicants require an active Plan
  • Shortlisting from Top Matching Candidates and Candidate Search require 1 coin per candidate

Reject Applicants

Reject applicants by clicking on the red X icon on the right of the candidate's summary view, or in the Candidate Profile view

You can also filter irrelevant candidates automatically with Interview Chatbot - Best Practices to edit Chatbot

  • Go to Job Automation settings
  • Edit Interview Chatbot questions
  • Select "Can't Hire / Reject" for applicable answers 

Rejected applicants details are accessible in the section rejected applicants of your job pipeline.

Share Candidate Profile

  • Select Shortlisted candidate
  • Click on Share Profile via Email
  • Input the email/s to send to, separated by a comma (,)
  • Edit your message (optional)

Import/Export Candidate Profile

Import

  • Select a Job to import candidate data
  • Click on "Import Candidates" in the top options
  • Select "Stage to Import" your candidates
  • Upload your .csv file with candidates information

Export

  • Select a Job to export candidate data
  • Click on "Extract Applicants" in the top options
  • Select "Hiring Stage(s) to Export" your candidates
  • Filter by Applied Date and/or Shortlisted Date
  • Download your .csv file with candidates information

Classify shortlisted candidates with “tags” in your space “My Candidates” to keep track of all data and manage profile efficiently.

  • Group your selected candidates based on specific criteria 
  • Add and/or remove “tags” at any time
  • Candidates can be references under multiple tags
